How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Electricitythousands Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Electricitythousands Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Electricitythousands Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Steps to File

Email contact@electricitythousands.world and include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also help.
